Due Strade Apartment comes from a personal story.
I purchased this apartment in December 2019 and for several years it was my home, a space lived in every day and cared for with genuine attention, designed to be comfortable, functional and welcoming.
In 2023, after moving in with my wife, a new idea came to life: opening it to guests as well, transforming it into a home capable of offering an authentic experience while preserving its original character.
Today it is a welcoming and well-organized apartment, designed to ensure comfort and practicality, with a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious worktop, a king-size bed and a bedroom overlooking greenery, quiet and relaxing.
Over time we continue to invest in the apartment, improving it every year to make each stay increasingly comfortable and refined.
Located in a quiet residential area well connected to Florence, it allows you to experience the city with balance: away from the chaos of the center but easily reachable, with the convenience of free parking in the surrounding streets. It is perfect for couples, but also suitable for families.

Estuvimos el fin de semana en el Airbnb en Florencia. Al llegar vimos que el apartamento era precioso y estaba limpísimo. Pasamos dos días muy a gusto y con una sensación muy positiva.
Nos dejaron un par de cápsulas de café para nuestro uso, totalmente gratuitas. En cuanto a las comodidades, el aire acondicionado, el juego de toallas y toda la ropa de cama fueron excelentes.
Al llegar vimos que había una lista de precios del “minibar” y notamos que faltaba la botella de Prosecco. Al comentarlo con ellos, nos pidieron disculpas y nos ofrecieron traerla en ese mismo momento (lo agradecimos, pero rechazamos la oferta ya que no nos hacía falta).
Sin duda repetiremos la próxima vez que vayamos a Florencia.
Es sin duda uno de los mejores Airbnb que he tomado, super moderno, impecable y muy bien ubicado ( justo al frente de una parada de bus )

L’appartamento è molto comodo, spazioso e confortevole. È molto pulito e la cucina ben equipaggiata. Avendo viaggiato in auto, abbiamo apprezzato molto la sua posizione vicina al centro (15 minuti a piedi) ma fuori dalla zona a traffico limitato e abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze. Ottima caffetteria/pasticceria proprio sotto casa, panetteria e molti altri negozi nelle vicinanze. Alloggio decisamente consigliato
We highly recommend this beautiful and cozy place, it felt like home! It was extremely close to everything we needed to see, perfect for a weekend gateway! Wished we could have stayed there longer, but we definitely know where to book again when returning to Firenze! Thank you!
Wonderful location close to the Porta Romana. Wine store and produce store directly across the way, not that you need to eat in much as there are so many fantastic food options within walking distance. We walked everywhere – Boboli Gardens, Pitti Palace, the Duomo. The apartment itself was so quiet with double glazed windows. Highly recommend staying there and enjoying all that Florence has to offer!
Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti nell’appartamento. Locale estremamente curato nei particolari e nella pulizia. Letto grande e comodo. Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici e non distante dal centro città. Ampio parcheggio gratuito non distante dal posto. Tommaso si è reso gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Bellissima esperienza. Consigliatissimo
